What sizes do you offer?+

Every fragrance is available as a 3ml, 5ml, or 10ml decant, so you can try a scent before committing to a full bottle. Stock and pricing are shown per size on each product page.

Are these genuine, original fragrances?+

Yes — every fragrance is genuine. We buy original bottles from authorised distributors and decant (transfer) the fragrance, undiluted, into our own 3ml, 5ml or 10ml containers. We are an independent reseller and are not affiliated with or endorsed by the fragrance brands.

What payment methods do you accept?+

We accept major debit and credit cards, plus Apple Pay and Google Pay where available, all processed securely by Stripe.

How long does delivery take?+

Orders within the UAE typically arrive within 2–3 business days — see our Shipping Policy for details.

Can I cancel or change my order?+

You can cancel an order yourself from your account's Order History until it ships. If you paid by card, your order shows "Refund pending" until the refund is issued — see our Returns, Refunds & Cancellation Policy.

How do I track my order?+

Sign in and go to Account → Orders to see live status — placed, processing, shipped, or delivered — for every order.

Do you ship internationally?+

We currently ship within the UAE only — international shipping isn't available yet.

How can I get in touch?+

Can I return a decant?+

For hygiene reasons we don't accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind, whether a decant is opened or not. If your order arrives damaged, leaking, faulty or not what you ordered, we'll replace or refund it. See our Returns, Refunds & Cancellation Policy for details.

Are you affiliated with the fragrance brands?+

No. doperfume is an independent reseller. Brand names are used only to identify the original fragrance you are sampling.
