Where we ship
We currently ship across the United Arab Emirates only.
Delivery time & cost
- Delivery takes approximately 2–3 business days from order confirmation.
- Orders under AED 250 — AED 25 delivery fee.
- Orders of AED 250 or more — free delivery.
The exact shipping fee for your order is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. You'll see your order move through Processing → Shipped → Delivered from your account's Order History, and we'll notify you by WhatsApp at each step.

Sign in and go to Account → Orders at any time to check your order's current status.
Delivery issues
