doperfume is operated by Al Shiraa Trading LLC, a limited liability company licensed by the Sharjah Media City (SHAMS) Free Zone Authority, Government of Sharjah, under trade licence no. 2538186.01, with its registered office at Sharjah Media City, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. "We", "us" and "our" mean Al Shiraa Trading LLC. "You" means the customer using the site or placing an order.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or buy from doperfume. By creating an account or placing an order you confirm that you are. We may cancel orders or close accounts where we reasonably believe this is not the case.

• You register with an email address and password. The information you give us must be accurate and kept up to date.
• You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for activity under your account. Tell us straight away if you suspect unauthorised use.
• You can close your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or close an account used fraudulently, abusively or in breach of these Terms; orders already paid for will be delivered or refunded.

We buy genuine, original fragrances from authorised distributors and decant (transfer) them, without dilution, into smaller doperfume containers in the sizes shown on each product page. You are buying a decant — not the manufacturer's original sealed bottle, box or packaging.

Brand disclaimer: doperfume is an independent reseller. We are not affiliated with, authorised by, sponsored by or endorsed by any fragrance manufacturer or trademark owner. Brand and fragrance names appear on our site and labels only to identify the original fragrance. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

• Fill volumes are approximate and may vary slightly because of the decanting process.
• Scent, colour and strength can vary slightly between production batches of the same fragrance, and a fragrance smells different on different skin. These are not defects.
• Product photos are for illustration; the container, label and packaging you receive may look different.
• Descriptions and fragrance notes are a guide, based on the manufacturer's published information and our own impressions.
• Availability can change at any time, and we may withdraw a product from sale.
• Fragrances are for external use only, are flammable, and may cause irritation or allergic reactions in some people. Patch-test if you have sensitive skin and stop use if irritation occurs.

• All prices are in UAE dirhams (AED). Al Shiraa Trading LLC is not currently registered for VAT, so no VAT is charged. If we register for VAT, prices will show VAT as the law requires.
• You pay the price shown at checkout when you place your order, plus the delivery fee shown before you pay. Offer prices apply only while the offer is displayed.
• If an item is shown at an obviously incorrect price because of an error, we will contact you before dispatch; you can choose to pay the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
• You can pay by card or other methods offered through Stripe, such as Apple Pay or Google Pay where available. Card details are entered on Stripe's secure payment page; we never see or store them.
• If a payment fails, is declined or is not completed, no order is created. If you were charged but did not receive an order confirmation, contact us rather than paying again — we will confirm the order or refund you.

• Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it once Stripe confirms your payment.
• We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock, there is a pricing error, we cannot deliver to your address or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have paid for, you will get a full refund.
• If only part of your order is available, we will contact you to offer a partial refund or an alternative.
• You can cancel an order before it is dispatched — see our Cancellation Policy.

We deliver within the United Arab Emirates only. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Please give an accurate address and a phone number the courier can reach; if delivery fails for reasons within your control, re-delivery or return costs may apply. For hygiene reasons, decants cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded for a change of mind, whether opened or not. Damaged, leaking, incorrect or missing items will be replaced or refunded. The full rules are in our Returns, Refunds & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under UAE consumer protection law.

Do not misuse the site — for example by trying to gain unauthorised access, interfering with how it works, placing fraudulent orders or using it for any unlawful purpose.

The site's content — text, photos, design and the doperfume name and logo — belongs to or is licensed to Al Shiraa Trading LLC. Third-party brand names and trademarks belong to their owners and are used only to identify the original products.

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach of these Terms or our negligence. We are not responsible for indirect losses or for events beyond our reasonable control. Our total liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded under UAE law, including your statutory consumer rights.

We handle your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Sharjah. If something goes wrong, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it. Any dispute we cannot resolve will be subject to the competent courts of the Emirate of Sharjah. This does not affect your right to contact the relevant consumer protection authority.

These Terms are available in Arabic and English. If the two versions differ, the Arabic version prevails.

We may update these Terms. The version shown when you placed your order applies to that order; the date at the top shows the latest update.
