doperfume is operated by Al Shiraa Trading LLC, Sharjah Media City, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates, licensed under the Sharjah Media City Free Zone Authority (Government of Sharjah). Throughout these terms, "we", "us", and "our" refer to doperfume.

You can create an account with an email/password or by signing in with Google. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Let us know immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.

All fragrances are sold as decants in the sizes shown on each product page. Prices are listed in AED and may change at any time without notice; the price charged is the one shown at checkout when you place your order. We make reasonable efforts to ensure product and pricing information is accurate, but errors may occasionally occur — if they do, we'll contact you before fulfilling an affected order.

We accept payment by card and other methods via Stripe, as well as Cash on Delivery where offered. An order is only confirmed once payment is authorized (for card payments) or the order is placed (for Cash on Delivery). We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability.

All content on this site — including text, images, logos, and design — is owned by or licensed to doperfume and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our written permission.

You agree not to misuse the site — including attempting unauthorized access, interfering with its normal operation, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, doperfume is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products purchased through it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Sharjah, under the jurisdiction of the Sharjah Media City Free Zone Authority, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

We may update these terms from time to time; the "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continuing to use the site after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
