Privacy policy

• Account details: name, email address, and phone number.
• Delivery information: any addresses you save to your account, and the address/phone used per order.
• Order history: items purchased, order and payment status.
• If you sign in with Google, basic profile info (name, email) from your Google account.
• Wishlist and cart contents, if you're signed in.

We don't collect or store your card details — those are handled directly by Stripe (see below).

• To process and fulfill your orders, including delivery and payment.
• To send order updates and confirmations (by email and/or WhatsApp).
• To manage your account, including saved addresses and order history.
• To respond to support requests sent via the Contact Us page.
• To send marketing communications, only if you've opted in.

We use the following third-party services to run doperfume, each of which processes a limited slice of your data for that specific purpose:

• Stripe — processes card payments. We never see or store your full card details.
• Google — used only if you choose to sign in with Google.
• WhatsApp Business Platform (Meta) — used to send order/delivery notifications, if you provide a phone number.
• Our delivery courier — only your name, delivery address, and phone number, solely to deliver your order. (We'll name our courier partner here once finalized.)

We don't sell your personal information to third parties.

We use browser local storage to keep you signed in and to remember your cart/wishlist between visits. We don't currently use third-party advertising or tracking cookies. If that changes, we'll update this policy first.

We keep account and order data for as long as your account is active, and afterwards only as long as needed to meet legal, accounting, or dispute-resolution requirements.

You can review and update your saved addresses at any time from your account. To access, correct, or delete your personal data, or to ask a question about how it's used, contact us via the Contact Us page.

doperfume is not directed at children, and purchases require the account holder to be an adult (18 or older). We don't knowingly collect personal information from minors.

We may update this policy from time to time; the "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
